Refund policy

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with you purchase and would like to return an item please email personitial@gmail.com attaching any relevant images and reason for return. 

Please note: we are unable to process refunds on our sale and personalised items. Refunds can only be requested on non-personalised, full price items. 

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Delivery charges will not be refunded.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection please send your items with recorded delivery.
